You can find us in Manga Manor on the third floor of the Gaylord’s convention center, in the Manor Ballroom. We’ll have copies of Dear Parker: My Chaotic Life and TCS Halloween Special 2025 available for sale, along with stickers. Attendees will also get a first look at our lineup of upcoming projects! Hey y’all! We have some news to share this month, so let’s dive right in.

First up, a big update on Dear Parker. The comic strip will be on hiatus for a little while longer as a key team member will be focusing on taking some significant career steps. We absolutely support them, and it wouldn’t feel right to move forward without them.

While the main strip is on hold, we have something exciting to tide you over. This spring, we’ll be releasing Dear Parker: My Chaotic Life, a zine collecting issues #1–7 and bonus materials in over 30 pages. We’ll have more information on this release soon!

On the Jack Material front, The Life And Times Of Jack Material #10 is set to release on March 25th. Hitting double digits is a huge milestone, and it’s amazing to see how far the series has come, and I’m excited to see it to grow and continue.

We’ve also launched a brand-new Team Canaveral Studios website. It’s designed to showcase all of our projects more clearly and make it easier to stay in the loop with updates, our team, and releases. Check it out here!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AIDAN!!

Aww you guys remembered?! Thank you! It’s true, I’m officially an elder this year; 22. If it was 10,000 years ago, I’d officially be going through my midlife crisis for quite some time now. But currently, it’s now… the same time I want to run through these new comics!

For the first time in Team Canaveral Studios history, we don’t have a full issue coming out… sorry, I need some time to get caught up on GDI’s next arc! But for nooooww… we have a ton of strips.

5 WEEKS. 5 STRIPS.

Because of the holy fifth week this October, we’re getting not two, but THREE Dear Parker strips this month. How ‘bout that? We’ll be seeing Parker on October 1st, 15th, and 29th.

As for the next two strips… this is something new. My good friend, who goes by Lunar Ellipse online, will be drawing comic strips for Team Canaveral Studios! These comics will be sparse, as he has quite a busy life. But, for now we have two Radio Folly comics dropping next month, in between the Dear Parker strips on October 8th and 22nd.

It’s time for our drops in September! Progress is coming along smoothly with our established projects. I’m proud to share that after a hefty writing session yesterday, GoldDiggers, Inc! #7 has a finished script, and I’m going to get rollin’ on that soon.

DEAR PARKER #4 and #5!

Our resident Slice of Life darling “Dear Parker” comes back with two more strips written by our good friend Hunter Reynolds! Dear Parker #4 is special, because it’s our first Guest Artist strip! Series colorist Janus McDonnell proves to be the life of the party for this next strip, as they take over lineart.

NOT JUST A PROBLEM, A FULL LENGTH-ISSUE

Yes, as you may have guessed, GoldDiggers, Inc! is back again with issue #6! This is a special one; it’s called “Angles”. Heavily inspired by the likes of Marvel’s The Ultimates #4 and Radiant Black #18, you’ll see two parallel stories that you might get something a little extra out of reading it like a normal issue. And yes… it’s another 34-page issue. I’m really not trying to do 30 pages a month, but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. (it’s not punishment when you enjoy it.)

After issue 6, GoldDiggers, Inc! will be going on a one month hiatus until November. I’ve kept a consistent schedule of release for 6 months, and I want to catch up on future issues and avoid getting behind. But trust when I say, that I’ll be hard at work. As I’m starting on the back half of the first year of Team Canaveral Studios, I’m proud of all the accomplishments that myself and this Team have accomplished. We’re looking to grow even further as artists, and as the forefront of the indie revolution.

PARKER GETS A DUB!

The creative team behind our biweekly comic strip “Dear Parker” are no strangers to the world of voice acting. Dear Parker was designed to be fully voiced over by voice actors. The writer behind the strips, Hunter Reynolds, has even said that strips are fully voiced before any art is done. Isn’t that cool?! Never seen anything like it.

NOW, COMICS!

We have a litany of comics coming out next month too, let’s run em down…

GoldDiggers, Inc! #5 comes out on August 13! If you only read one thing from us in August, make it this one. This issue caps off the two-part “Last Rites” arc, and expands the universe massively. Last Rites was supposed to be three parts, but I felt it would destroy the pacing to have two 22-page issues that were half assed, so I combined them into one 34-page special. It took a loooooong time to finish, and I think the final product is worth it.

And of course, to support GoldDiggers, Inc! #5; we have 5 new GDI: Digs! Strips coming out in August. It sounds weird… but we have five Sundays in August. This will wrap up the 12-part “United States of Jack” arc, following Jack Material as he tries to regain his luscious locks in Florida.

Last but not least, Dear Parker gets an exciting #2 and #3! Follow Parker and their cast of friends as anxiety tries (and succeeds…) in getting to good ol’ Parker. And don’t forget… on weeks where we don’t see a strip, there will be a dub posted on YouTube!
